Even the Atheists can meditation
It makes sense that Atheists meditation because it is the same principle as being in prison solitary confinement because you are a high risk prisoners.

Years ago I saw a study where the brain waves of a meditating person and a person simply relaxing in a nice recliner were compared and were almost identical -- both actions seemed to relax the brain in similar ways.
Maybe an English course ?
