Reflect and make sure you’re good and okay before telling others what they should be doing.

I absolutely agree with your sentiment but I've found that I (and several people I've met along the way) give very good advice but have a very difficult time following it. As long as you are honest about your knowledge or lack there of, I think a set of fresh eyes on a situation can be helpful. And even when it's not helpful, knowing someone cares enough to try can be a comfort in and of itself. 🪙🪙

Wise words. That's why I dropped out of uni with only two semester left. I want to be a teacher/professor, but I wasn't ready back then. Now I'm going back to uni, and I feel that I'm getting stronger each day :)
