What would be your honest reaction if you find out that your country's administration has been keeping a close watch on you since you were born?

My honest reaction would be:
It would infuriate me. No government has the right to monitor an individual until he/she is involved in or a suspect of something illegal or unlawful as per the country's constitution. It's violation of 'Right to Privacy'.😇

However, we all know governments do secretly watch their people to avoid any national threats.😇
