I think the reason I have so much difficulty with words and expressing myself well enough is that I have learned to express myself in a way that isn't really. I wasn't taught it. I wasn't often allowed it. And maybe that's why I struggle so much in getting my thoughts across and why sometimes people do misunderstand me

I very much feel this. I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and all my life I just figured I'm like "different" in a way that's changable.

My head is always open to thoughts so hit me if you need to.
