You may need a chemistry panel to see how yr bloodwork is.
Then.... if you can, a therapist. No, that doesn't mean long therapy sessions.
Just tell them how ya feel... then they will work with what ya need either by diet adjustment.... venting it out or maybe some meds to help.
Sometimes ya just need very minimal lifestyle changes.

Probably because when there are more people there is more likely for something bad to happen and worry about
