Sometimes it takes awhile

[b][c=000000]I'm recovering from having surgery earlier this week. It takes time for the body and mind to both recuperate and return to normal. I wish certain individuals realized that and not take it personally.

We cannot always be ourselves especially when you're dealing with a lot of emotional and physical issues during the healing process. Have a wonderful day everyone and a fabulous weekend. [/c][/b]

Well as you know, I've had ACL surgery on my knee 2 years ago.
I was lucky to recover quickly, it was supposed to be a long process.

You're doing just fine. Next week you'll be back to normal.

@Synyster Yes I remember you telling me about it and yes it's amazing how resilient individuals can be after major surgery. I believe recovery can be so much quicker as well when you're in really good physical shape.

Yes I believe that 100% about a person's overall mental health and physical well-being prior to having surgery. Most likely they do have a tendency to heal so much quicker post-op. ❤️🤗

When you're prepared mentally for surgery, post op recovery is so much faster. Certainly being physically fit does help a lot.
Keep those positive thoughts and you'll be 100% back to your old self.

@Synyster Thank you sweet man, considering it was so hot & humid today I didn't wilt like a daisy. 😁 It will take a little time but it's going to feel wonderful to have everything back to normal again.

Yes I concur, it's imperative for a much more speedy recovery. I definitely will, I'm usually pretty optimistic about so many things, thank you again, truly appreciated. 💞🤗☺️
