What do you do when a friend is ranting about someone they love and you just don't care?
Dump the friend? I'm tired of it

I would just ask them to only talk about it when it is serious, or to talk about it less so that you are your friend could focus on more positive things. :) I would say it nicely personally. If you want to dump the friend and don't think you would enjoy their company even if they changed, then go for it. 🙃
