Pre and postpartum depression

my chest feels heavy, I feel a bit disconnected from my daughter, my appetite is non existent, having a lot anxiety attacks even though I haven't moved from this spot for hours, my head is hurting and all I want is to be held tight. I should be worried now but im more concerned with feeling this way after she's born 😔
