How can UPS lose a parcel?
I don't understood how a major company who is responsible for world wide shipping has no recollection or any knowledge of my parcel. Even with the limited info I have it doesn't help. I abhor people blaming everything on the pandemic. Individuals need to accept responsibility for their actions or at least try to be more helpful and apologetic. 😠
