Just when the world thought Ukraine-Russia wish to resolve the conflict through diplomatic talks, comes the news of conflict between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. I mean during this pandemic time why is our world even thinking of war? I just don't understand! Please show some mercy you old dumb coots working in intelligence, defence and foreign affairs!
