I used to have other accounts cause getting randomly banned

But I just have the one and it been like that for over two years now. Occasionally I change my name but I always remind others it is me. Now there another person whom I shall not name and has all its account blocked but slips into the very crack arse of this site with a new account. Again blocked and this must be the 9th account now or something
