How would you react if you learn about the sexual harassment and racial discrimination at a renowned fast food chain?

Some businesses do have a dark history but I never thought a global fast food chain could be full of such dark secrets. I was numb for few minutes when I finished watching this video.
Now, I would think multiple times before I enter or order from McDonald's. I know some of us wouldn't be surprised because incidents of sexual harassment and racial discrimination at workplaces are quite common. However, both are punishable offence and no organisation in the world has the right to practice them.
I would like McDonald's to be dragged to the court. They should be questioned by law & order authorities for allowing such malpractices.
