@PepsiColaP I wish i had that emotion
@Nanori do you not get attached to your romantic partners?
Nanori · F
@PepsiColaP never
@Nanori why
Nanori · F
@PepsiColaP never developed that emotion towards anything, has a few things to do with my upbringing
@Nanori did you lack affection and protection so you find it difficult to let go of guards and attach?
wackidywack · 22-25
@PepsiColaP does it make you feel as if you might not be able to have control
@wackidywack technically we have no control of anything as it is but I find that sometimes my ocd is exaggerated when I become emotionally attached to someone ,I'm not sure if it's because of chemical releases that happen during the stages of 'falling in love' ,it tends to subside but it takes rather some time and it is frustrating

@PepsiColaP ATTACHMENT is an emotion?
Nanori · F
@SledgeHammer the literal term for it is emotional attachment so I would say so. Also why are you shouting
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
@PepsiColaP hmm. I dunno what your obsessions are, but for many of us with OCD, we can get relationship OCD, where we continually question whether we deserve our partner, are with the right person, etc.

Is it something like that? As a fellow sufferer I've been there. Granted my obsessions are mostly about death.
@basilfawlty89 yeah obsessions can vary depending on my environment at the time and influences

@PepsiColaP oh indeed, same with mine. Like I've had relationship OCD before and it sucks. I kept continually ruminating whether or not I was good enough for the person. Probably shows my shitty self esteem too.
@basilfawlty89 lol I'm gonna go hide now
