What would you do if you couldn't control your crying?

Let's say you are in public and you have a strong urge to cry, it's really hard to control and sometimes you feel like you're going to explode into tears any second- what would you do?

I would probably duck into the nearest bathroom to avoid the questions and know it all life fixers. Easier to ignore the few that may be in the bathroom.
