Realise that 'depression' has many different forms and it's part of human nature to get it from time to time.
We've been in 'Covid-worry-mode' for over a year so restrictions on movement and meeting are bound to have a depressive effect.
Keep busy !
Plan your day one half-hour at a time. This means you'll never be bored !
Do something physical. Expend some energy, you'll feel better for it !
Do something creative ! Bake. Sew. Paint/draw/take photos/write/sing/ that will stimulate your imagination.
Speak to another human. Call your family/friends/neighbours. Everybody is feeling exactly the same but you'd be surprised how thrilled some folk can get hearing that another was thinking of them !
