What's going on...!!

I created this account because someone irritated me a lot and later I found a very good friend here and I fought a few days ago. Result..!! we both blocked each other. And suddenly that person comes at SW with whom I was irritated. While he went from here saying that I will not come here now, I have deleted my account and all blah blah reasons. So why did he came back?

He must be an idiot...
