Do you think marijuana should be completely legal for everyone to use

I live in Florida, yesterday I went to the polls to vote for ligation of marijuana. Yes I think first and for most sick people should have it it's more important. But I got to thinking what if it was legal for everyone. Think about it this way if the government puts a 20% tax or something to that extent on the purchase of weed then the economy would actually be able to climb from the whole its in right now. People will buy it regardless. This way they can control the refineries. What do you think?

I was just watching this interview, he was saying these interesting facts. Washington and Jefferson grew marijuana for a living, if they did today what they did than they would be raided by the DEA and sentenced for over 10 years for drug dealing. Marijuana was the backbone of the usa for 160 years until the cotton gin was developed, the constitution, the bill of rights and the original US flag that Betsy Ross made where all made from marijuana.
