Why isn't there an option to make your own group

I'm pretty sure that this is an option in the VIP version. But I am not going to have to pay for my social media experience. EP had this similar problem where you couldn't make your own group, so why can't this do it either. I want this in a new update after everything else was added...

You can there's a search bar above the groups.

You can... What I'm asking for is the option to make groups if one isn't available... Most of the groups are outdated

I just mean a way to make them more visible. I'm sure there are a lot more groups than what I can find.
