I’ve lost three neighbours in my street-to Covid.
I haven’t been able to travel to see family since March.
Haven’t been able to do one-to-one sessions with my clients so it’s been via Skype rather than in person.
There are restrictions on numbers of people allowed into stores at any one time.
Public transport requires payment by debit card as do most shops. This means having to constantly go out and get receipts from ATM machines so you have some idea of your bank balance at any given point in the day.
Public transport also requires that you sit in certain places rather than where you feel comfortable. It also limits the number of seats so you have to get to the stop early in hopes of getting on.
If you go into the city you have to be extra mindful of how close you are to others.

All this and I haven’t mentioned the added expense of having to buy masks; sanitising gels; extra supplies (those of us who got caught out by others stupidity in hoarding Certain things won’t get caught out again so buy more than is necessary.

And even after daily changes in advice and policy and even law, they’re telling us to prepare for a’second wave’ of this thing.
