Not straight away, but as soon as I realise that it doesn't correspond with sunrise, sunset and other natural facets of the day, yes.

Yes - because it's not possible. Time is a dimension that is not separate from space, and cannot be separated. To alter time would be to alter the fabric of three-dimensional space. Such things do occur at the level of quantum physics, but no human has technology to influence it. Such technology is a very long way from being possible, and it it did exist would be far more dangerous than a nuclear bomb.

No, like a hypothetical 2D creature couldn't move or be aware of anything outside its plane, we couldn't move through or be aware of the events happening beyond our 3D space.
