I have a friend who would always text me whenever she needs something.

she texted me yesterday asking me to help her with a file, and she said this: "I'm sorry I know I only text whenever I need something from you..."
The thing is, I hate asking for favours from others, I do only when I desperately needs it.. they were times when I could've asked her for help but I refused to because I don't want to be a burden on her or anyone else.. I hate that side of mine, it's like I'm weak and don't know how to hold my group properly.
