How bad is your social anxiety?

In public I have a constant moderate fear of being looked at and judged or talked to, and in stores specifically I'm scared of somehow embarrassing myself.
I'm currently at McDonald's with a friend and I had to ask her to order for me because my anxiety went through the roof. 😅

@SW-User I have a general distrust and find it hard to just go up to someone. Once introduced or a conversation is started, I’m good to go. It’s that initial contact.

@brian29715 I took my friends mom to a dental appointment a couple of weeks ago and had to sit outside in my vehicle most of the day. I had conversations with everyone who was parked by me all day. Including a 75 year old man, a Marine, a man about 40 who wouldn't stop staring at me, and a 3 year old boy and his mom.
