Everyone has their own timeline and there is no shame in your own pace. What has been the hardest thing about Covid for you?

Hi Everyone, I recently wrote a blog post about how the hardest thing for me during this time was warding off stupid advertisements. I realized that we are so distracted from technology and ads, it makes self-reflection hard. No wonder we are always feeling like we are not accomplishing enough.

Please check out my blog and let me know your thoughts! Thank you!

Myself and my children suffer mental health issues. Anxiety and depression are things my son and I have been dealing with. While we tend to isolate ourselves anyway...this isolation has taken a toll.

My daughter is beside herself with boredom.and anxiety. She has not seen her friends and she is not truly grasping why she cannot see her friends or go to school.

Summer is here now and the quarantine rules are lifting. She was able to play with friends outside the other day and that was amazing for her. I am going to have some friends over for her and try encouraging my son to make some plans.

It is going to be a summer of healing our families mental position.
