Do you ever feel likes it hard to connect with people?

I feel like deep down I’m a people person that likes making new friends. But on the outside I just feel numb. Like I want to take to time to reach out to people and be friendly but I just... don’t. I mean I have friends but it feels like I haven’t made any new ones in a while ya know.
