Damn, my apprenticee isn't doing so good.

One of my assistant managers is being a shit. He's really hard on her and treats awful. Says he's doing her favors but in reality that's just an excuse to validate himself. It's not right. All day today I've been shooting my mouth off and arguing with him. I got extremely livid for her. We had several "peace offering" talks about it. But it's still wrong, I'll always view it as wrong.

She's just stressed out about the situation. She appreciates me for sticking up for her today, but I agree, it's stressful. Can't be upset everytime I'm at work because of him either. Gonna talk to my boss about it, if I have to, our Area Manager as well.
