How often do you just talk and talk and talk, not ramble, talk?

When I'm with my friend. We meet once or twice a year. And I talk like crazy. Like an absolute crack head and about absolutely nothing significant. And she just stares and blinks and nods and stares and blinks and nods...
She knows I'm stressed.
