I am destroying myself!

😔 i don't feel happy anymore....
Nor i care about myself... About my health, my career....
I wanna finish this pain...
Just wanna float in sea without any effort of swimming to save myself from drowning...
Life betrayed me.
I betrayed myself!
I lost myself !
I lost my strength to fight back...
My sorrows always takeover me!
