How can I change my life and save up money?

I am 30 living in NYC with my parents. I started working late. I've been working as a designer for about 5 yrs now. I started at $10 an hr and worked my way up to $17. Which is a little above minimum wage. Should be making a lot more, but I work for a small design company. For most of my life I've haven't been enjoying life the way I should. My parents are really religious and strict. I currently help my parents out with rent and other financial things. Though I help with rent I should've saved a few thousand dollars by now. Since I've lived under strict parents so long getting a job and making money was a way for me to break free and do my own thing. The issue is I've spend money I should be saving on Food, Liquor and Escorts. Looking back I 100% regret it (mostly the liquor and escorts) and wish I could rewind time and change things. I currently have $77.00 in the bank account. I seriously need to change things around. My friend and I started a t-shirt company which I hope will do well. Not to brag but I am always being told how smart and talented I am and should be pretty well off financially with the skills I possess. I 100% agree with them, But I have been letting procrastination, laziness, anxiety and living in the past affect my future.

I am not looking for sympathy from anyone, I take full responsibility for my actions and can't blame anyone but myself. Though my parents were strict. They always encouraged and told me to save money and start working at an early age. I feel I failed them.

Stop the escorts and drink less, how many hours do you work usually? Calculate how much you earn and find a bank that has a no touch savings, use that as piggy bank, but make sure you can have access to it, sooo when you need or ready to use some of it you can.
