How do you deal with acne?

It's a battle for me, and I have low self confidence because of it. 😭

And did I forget to say how painful it is?

Only way that works for me is a diet and putting plasters over zits so that I wouldn't pick on them.
Well, if I don't count birth control pills - they cleaned my skin perfectly but brought other problems. I miss my perfect skin though. 😑
