How do you deal with acne?

It's a battle for me, and I have low self confidence because of it. 😭

And did I forget to say how painful it is?

No eggs at all, anything with eggs will cause it, the worst thing you can eat is a fried egg.

@Penny Acne in my case it caused acne I have recommended to friends in the past who suffered from acne to stop eating eggs with good results so I thought I would pass it on
