What do you memorize better, codes/passwords which are given or which you choose yourself?

I always use random.org to generate passwords. random.org uses atmospheric noise to generate true random. I cannot memorize them. Here are some examples:

znskAEP49TS6ZytAedS8cgVY
Gxsv4Kg66eFUMhYPssStJGzk

I have a password program, containing all my passwords, which is password-protected. That's the only password I know by heart.

@scooogy Haha! In fact my master password consists of the last letters of the words in a sentence that I can easily memorize.
