Just had a nightmare about someone I’m trying to forget

I rarely have dreams. However I just had an extremely vivid dream about someone I care about who moved away. She doesn’t care about me at all anymore. In the dream she was in danger. She almost died. Should I try to text her to see if she is ok? I know it sounds stupid because she doesn’t care for me and I just want to move on and not stress about her
