I don’t mind taking care of everyone but it hurts me because I’m alone and my heart aches at night but I have no one to help me or console me u know

Stop taking care of everyone. If you can't, make sure you take time everyday to take care of yourself.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I'm in the same situation.
