Would you be annoyed with this person?

An employee not wanting to have their photo taken in their Xmas jumper to put on Facebook? They work in a toddler club and I want to see whether I am being unreasonable.
It was a toddler club Christmas party and I wanted to get the two members of staff who run it to pose for a photo before the children came in.

2) Don't post my picture on the internet. Anywhere, much less Facebook.

Realistically, I'd probably be more annoyed with you for wanting to do actions 1 and 2 referenced above.
