Would you be annoyed with this person?

An employee not wanting to have their photo taken in their Xmas jumper to put on Facebook? They work in a toddler club and I want to see whether I am being unreasonable.
It was a toddler club Christmas party and I wanted to get the two members of staff who run it to pose for a photo before the children came in.

2) Don't post my picture on the internet. Anywhere, much less Facebook.

Realistically, I'd probably be more annoyed with [u]you[/u] for wanting to do actions 1 and 2 referenced above.
