Would you be annoyed with this person?

An employee not wanting to have their photo taken in their Xmas jumper to put on Facebook? They work in a toddler club and I want to see whether I am being unreasonable.
It was a toddler club Christmas party and I wanted to get the two members of staff who run it to pose for a photo before the children came in.

@SW-User Because by not doing so it blocks our promotion. If people see the staff having fun it boosts our profile and overall earnings
