Does anyone know any good distractions

Hey everyone.
I’ve been having a rough time lately if I’m being honest and I’m just cruising till it gets better but I would like to know if anyone has any tips to help or distractions or advice. Anything is appreciated and even if you want to talk that would help.

Also, whether you have a cat or not, videos for cats can be quite soothing. They're usually just watching birds at a feeder, you can hear the wind, birdsong. Nice.

Outside of the internet - take walks, go to museums, read a book (a real book, not electronic)
