What do I do?

Guys, someone, please, help. I have Bipolar disorder, have been suffering with it for 10 years and now I feel like I can put a big fat cross on my life and just give up. I can't even get a semi-decent job because of my diagnosis, to work a normal job, they ask notes from mental institutions to be sure that you're not mentally ill. So basically, my chances of getting a good job are very close to zero, what in the world do I do? I get paid disability for my scoliosis, but in this country, it's 100 euros which is NOWHERE near something you can survive off.
