How do You Feel About/Towards Yourself?
I'm self loathing, guilt-ridden, and ruled by shame. But I'm trying to unlearn it.

Shame is never the way as it is unloving. Negative emotions do not bring us further.
@Ih1King Nope, but when they're a knee-jerk reaction, they're hard to fight.
