I noticed there's a lot similarity between Korean and Tamil language.

I know a bit of Tamil and watched a lot of K-drama and can't help the feeling Tamil culture is somehow related to Korean. Then I researched to find out there are two possibilities for that. First is ancient Indian rulers spoke Tamil and had their kingdom over south east and some of East Asia. Second is one of the Korean prince married a princess from India who again believed to speak Tamil. 😆

I don't think there is any similarity at all.

On the other hand, an Indian monk traveled to China to spread Buddhism which in turn spread to Korean, and maybe something came out of it.

@JBird I've read about how traces and even the language itself can be found in Africa among tribes.

@earlycrisis well, Tamil is one of the oldest language. There's no surprise on that.

@JBird yeah...could be THE oldest by some records.. I really got into researching this a few years back..seeing bits and pieces of the language and Tamil culture make inroads over thousands of years it seems.
