What’s one thing you don’t like about yourself?

I hate the fact that I'm unable to fully love myself, despite how much affirmation I receive from other people. It's been a battle that I've endured for the past few years, and it grew worse after many terrible experiences, but I'm still trying to accept myself as I am. I feel that my past has distorted my identity, and I'm unable to see who I really am. I suppose that the way others view me is extremely different from the way I perceive myself, and I hope to one day see me as I truly am.

I'm impulsive, emotional and bitchy. sometimes.

Lots of things: I'm too shy and quiet is the big one. I'm too stubborn, too obsessive, have social anxiety, the list goes on...

My weight. I have always been a large man, but I have put on so much in the last few years that I can hardly stand myself.

I can be thin skinned and I tend to let peoples negative opinions of me affect me more then it should

Camera fright. I went through regression therapy to find out why. Knowing helps some.
