“God I pray you watch over me tonight, take away the things that creep in the night. You are more powerful than them. I will trust in you. I pray you send an angel to protect me and banish those monsters away” Its not a mantra. Make it your own. God and Jesus are stronger than any thing of the night. I’m praying for you too for peace and safety. Rest easy and sleep well.

@Premium indeed. Look up you tube videos on hip stretches and do a few. Ghosts hate it.

It's also hard to have a panic attack while exercising.

@GoldenWorm the ghost cut my head, legs and hands. Painful illusion with realistic. I don't know how to solve this problem.

@Premium oh, I see. Try a bit of incense, or a cigarette if you smoke. Some ghosts hate smoke...

@Mamapolo2016 Yes i told so many times. Sometime that speaks softly. Sometimes hardly. Sometimes ironically, sometimes with anger. The ghost changes its voice according to my mood. I think i am in danger.
