anyone sufer from sweaty palms do to anxiety?

I never really attributed it to anxiety, but that's probably why my hands are typically pretty sweaty 😅

Not usually, but my heart pounds and my hands tremble

my knees are spaghetti

Sweaty palms, sweaty forehead, sweaty armpits.

My knees get weak, vomit on my sweater
