I am a trans woman who wants breast implants because that is the only surgery I can currently safely afford.
I was thinking of going between 500 and 700CC up in size.

I would go with under the muscle, cohesive silicone gel.

Been on HRT for 4 years so my natural growth is completed. Surgery is my only option for bigger boobs at this point.
