I myself love fake boobs if they are done well. Today's implants are quite good as compared to the early nineties which were hideous. I can feel the difference but I like the difference!

Not a turn-off, though there is definitely a difference in realism between a slightly larger boob and a huge one :)

I don't like fake tits. I rather them small than fake.
