I feel like im not real

I look at my fingers and tell myself that im right here but I don't feel real so I have to convince myself that I exist.

Does anyone understand ?

@SW-User I confess that I haven't. It just comes and goes and no longer really bothers me. If it's causing someone distress though I'd suggest they saw a healthcare professional about it.
