I sometimes wonder to myself if mean people ever feel slightly remorse or guilty of hurting people feelings?

in my personal opinion i think it all depends how u were raised or what experience u had to go through

like if someone was in a violent household then physical attacking etc is all the knew since they grow up with it so they may beat someone up but that doesnt mean there evil it just as i said before if they living in violent then they become violent

same with mental abuse if someone been brought down most there life then when they say mean things there properly things the bullied had to go through or be told there not good enough etc

like i know there mean people out there but if best too see backgrounds before passing judgment

Ha! I was just thinking something similar to this - I was thinking if people who are straight up nasty to people on a regular actually know how evil they're being and if they even care.

With regard to your question - I think some don't care because they just think they're always right and others are wrong, whilst there will be others whose hearts burn after saying/doing things that hurt others feelings... It really depends on the state of their heart overall. That's just my opinion anyway 🙂

I think when it results from a sudden impulse, a person might but generally many useit as a practised way of life. For those that do... they slowly rot from the inside.

Most people only pretend to feel remorse if they get caught or somehow their actions get a karma backfire. 9 out of 10 times, pig remains pig..

Since mixing with people again after years I’ve noticed people only looking after their own needs and not really caring about the feelings of others.

Mean people are mean because they already feel bad and hurting. The hurt of their morals won't even be noticed by them.
