If it's in relation to being more tolerant towards things or people the main one would be a risk of alienation or prejudice from anyone with a more closeminded viewpoint.
If you mean open with trying new experiences and thinking in different ways, there's a risk of experiencing bad or negatively changing things.
There's disadvantages to everything though, and these would be two superficial examples perhaps.
