It's easier to become stuck in a place with two choices you deem to be both of merit.
This can result in a time-consuming dissection of the whole kit and kaboodle. At some point, you may go eeek at the time wasted and amount of pieces created in the process and abandon the whole thing.
That said there is, of course, a lot of good things about open-mindedness too.

But it is the disadvantages we're not always aware of because they're not easily spoken of.
