What was the hardest thing you've ever had to do?

Watch my son being born with the cord around his neck not breathing and a purple colour...and his mother not stop bleeding after passing the placenta because the uterus didn't clamp down, five midwives, two doctors who worked as one machine and me the spare part...That was the longest 30 minutes of my life. Fortunately both were okay.
