Much so. I'd snap quickly when younger.

More patience in general. Except for bullshit. Then I’m around the zero mark.

Better. Especially in my profession. I had to switch from teaching adults in university to teaching adolescents in high school.

Gotten better ^^ Meditation and a bit of self-awareness has helped.
